Restrictions apply; must be a Massachusetts resident. First number of veterans to complete the 2 steps by Feb. 1 2019 will get reimbursed no more the $30, for the cost of one fishing license (freshwater OR saltwater) for 2019. MUST HAVE PAYPAL or VENMO for reimbursement. MUST prove purchase of 2019 license and military service to be reimbursed.
