On Saturday we had the pleasure of invading Cabela's in Hudson, MA., to do our annual Free Fishing License Event for Veterans! The turn out was great, better than the past few years! 78% of the Veterans who showed up to get a fishing license were not familiar with Rifles to Rods prior to the event. Even better, we got over 66% of those new veterans to sign up for a 'Fishing is Therapy' Session on the water this season!
Cabela's was kind enough to donate $300 and 4 rod and reel combos, which we are going to give to the Veteran Shelter in Plymouth, along with hooking all the residents up with a fishing license, as well!

Thank you to our team members, Tracy, Tony, Julia, Mark, Greg, Bear, Lee, Ryan and Gerard for all the hard work! And a big THANK YOU to each and every veteran that came out to receive a fishing license, and that signed up for a session this season!!
